Mgr. Petr KAREL, Ph.D.
Petr graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague and obtained Ph.D degree from the University of Economics in Prague. He also attended postgraduate specialisation courses at the King´s College, London. In the period 1995–1999 he worked as a Manager and later the Director of the European Commission’s project (Accession of the Czech Republic to the EU). Then he worked as a Director of regional department of Restructualisation (work-out) in the SocGe CZ. From 2002 to 2009 he was a Senior Executive of the GE Capital Bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia responsible for Business Development (acquisitions, strategic partnerships – including creating insurance franchise with the ING) and relations with the Government authorities and Regulators. In 2003-2004 he worked at the European headquarters of the General Electric in Brussels.
In the years 2006-2009 he was rotating Member of the Presidium of the Czech Banking Association and Chairman of the Consumer Affairs Committee thereof. Petr is a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Prague. He lectures in the Czech Republic and abroad (Financial markets and regulation).

Ing. Martin Kovalčuk
Mr. Kovalčuk graduated from Faculty of Economics of Technical University of Ostrava. Then he worked as a project manager in the field of controlling, restructualisation and financial management for big business. Till the year 2002 he served as a deputy chief financial and head of controlling in Vítkovice corp., and then he worked as financial director in Česká zbrojovka. In 2005-2006 he was a director of division focused on subsidiaries in Mittal Steel Ostrava.
Nowadays he lectures financial management.

Ing. Peter Jusko, MBA
Graduated from the Kiev University of Civil aviation and transport ingeneering and obtained degree from the MBA program of the University of Sheffield. Holder of number of international IATA certifications relating to management, aviation and air traffic, including pilot licence ATPL and type rating for Airbus A320.
Peter spent most of his work career within the transport and aviation industry. Last 10 years he was a Vice-president and Board Member of the Czech Airlines (CSA). During this period he was responsible i.a. for: Air operation and traffic, Ground operations and Airplanes maintenance and repair. Peter also managed international co-operation with business partners (Lufthansa, Air France, Aeroflot, Delta, China Airlines etc.) in the mentioned areas. He was also Managing Director of the Slovak Air Services and managed successful restructuralisation of the company.

Participation in the tender for construction insurance, block of Temelin 3 +4
Our copmany participated in tender for consultancy services regarding insurance building blocks of new nuclear power plant for CEZ as an advisor to consortium led by Europe´s largest insurance broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson.
