Sustainability Working Group

Green Growth and commitment to Sustainability is becoming a paramount theme for most leading and forward looking companies. London Market is proudly supporting the new initiative of the British Chamber of Commerce the „Sustainability Working Group“. Members include top Leaders and Executives of some of the largest and most influential companies both local and international. Petr Karel of London Market became Chairman of the Group and moderated the kick-off meeting on 12th October.

Distingiushed speaker´s panel included Petr Dvořák (CEO Vodafone), Alice Machová (EY partner Climate Change/Sustainability) Tereza Bůžková (Trade Director UK Embassy), Julia Leventon (Academy of Sciences, Institute of Global Change).

During the meeting the Sustainabilty Group chose focus areas:

1) Energy Transition

2) Green Finance / ESG Reporting

3) Circular Economy
